Total delivery time consists of two phases: production lead time + shipping transit time. Here is the breakdown by order type:
Production Lead Time:
In-Stock / Standard Orders (3–7 days)
•Products available in our standard color and size inventory
•Immediate material availability — no waiting for production setup
•Suitable for: trial orders, small restaurant projects, urgent replacements
Bulk / Custom Orders (15–40 days)
•Timeline varies by customization depth:
•Standard product with standard finish: 15–20 days
•Custom color (Pantone matching): 20–30 days
•Custom dimensions / OEM specification: 25–40 days
•Production includes: material procurement → fabrication → surface treatment → quality inspection → packaging
•Progress updates provided weekly via email or messaging
Shipping Transit Time (after production completes):
•Sea freight (FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou): 25–45 days depending on destination region
•Air freight: 5–10 days
•Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 days

Note: We support EXW and FOB trade terms only. Under FOB, shipping from the designated port is arranged by the buyer. We can recommend reliable freight forwarders for FOB shipments if needed.
