Yes. Every AEONTI product undergoes a multi-stage quality inspection process before shipment — not a final random check, but a systematic full-line protocol embedded into production.
5-Stage Quality Inspection Process:
Stage 1: Raw Material Inspection
•Steel tube wall thickness measured with micrometer (tolerance ±0.1mm)
•Material grade verification (Q235B, 201/304 SS, aluminum alloy) via composition testing
•Incoming material rejected if dimensional or compositional deviations exceed threshold
Stage 2: Welding Inspection
•Visual weld seam inspection — no cracks, porosity, or undercut
•Weld penetration depth verified for structural joints
•All critical load-bearing joints 100% inspected, not sampled
Stage 3: Surface Treatment Inspection
•Powder coating: adhesion cross-hatch test to check coating bonding strength
•Electroplating: thickness measurement and salt spray corrosion test
•Brushed finish: uniformity and scratch-free visual inspection
•Color consistency verified against Pantone reference under controlled lighting
Stage 4: Load-Bearing Test
•Static load test: each base loaded to 1.5× rated capacity for 30 minutes
•No permanent deformation, joint failure, or base plate bending allowed
•Test results recorded per batch with traceable inspection reports
Stage 5: Packaging Inspection
•Carton integrity: 5-layer corrugated board, no damage or moisture
•EPE foam wrapping and corner protectors verified per unit
•Labeling accuracy: correct SKU, quantity, and destination marking
•Palletized shipments: steel strapping and stretch film integrity check
Third-Party Inspection Welcome:
We facilitate pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, or Intertek at your request. Inspection results are shared with you before final shipment approval. If any issue is found, we correct it before dispatch — no shipment proceeds without your clearance.
